(1) Within three days from the day of calling elections, the State Election Commission shall submit a request to the state administrative body responsible for record keeping of the state and public servants and the competent bodies to submit data on the employees in the state and municipal administration, the administration of the City of Skopje as well as the public administration, systematised by municipality according to their address and place of residence.
(2) The bodies from paragraph (1) of this article shall submit the data to the State Election Commission within five days from the day of having received the request.
