A fine in the amount from 450 to 1.200 EUR in MKD equivalent for a misdemeanour shall be imposed to the the public office holder or the person in charge of a competent state body, religious community or public institution who will allow the election campaign participant to organise pre-election rallies contrary to article 82 of this Code.
