An appeal may be lodged against the ruling of the Election Commission of the Republic of Croatia with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia by the person who has filed the complaint.

An appeal as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be lodged with the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia within 48 hours from the expiry of the day of the receipt of the challenged ruling.

The appeal shall be submitted through the Election Commission of the Republic of It shall be deemed that the appeal has been lodged on time if it has been delivered to the Election Commission of the Republic of Croatia before the expiry of the term cited in Paragraph 2 of this Article.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia shall render a ruling on the appeal within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the appeal.
