Female or male voter (hereinafter: voters) may be in the same election to the European Parliament vote only once and stand on only one list of candidates.

A citizen of the Republic of Slovenia exercise the right to vote for the election of Members of the European Parliament in another Member State, may not exercise voting rights for the election of Members of the European Parliament of the Republic of Slovenia.

The voting rights and the composition of the electoral rolls are regulated by law.
