(1) The organizer of the election campaign for elections to the National Assembly, the European Parliament, the President of the Republic or by referendum at the national level should be to ensure the transparency, legality of the execution and effectiveness of supervision of the election campaign no later than 15 days after the closure of the Special Transaction Account report on the financing of the election campaign presented Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Public Legal records and Related services (hereinafter: AJPES) via the AJPES website.

(2) The organizer of the election campaign in a report on the financing of election campaigns report:

1. total amount of collected and spent funds for the election campaign,


2. amount of the contributions made by the organizer of the election campaign from your transaction account transferred to a special bank account in accordance with the seventh paragraph of Article 14 of this Act,


3. all the individual contributions of physical persons on the day of voting in excess of the average gross monthly wage per worker in the Republic of Slovenia, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the past year, including the name, surname and address of natural persons and the amount of the contribution,


4. all items of expenditure, which is the organizer of the election campaign will be allocated to finance the election campaign, including an indication of the amount, irrespective of its height, together with the purpose and the service provider or seller of the product,


5. any individual loan by the organizer of the election campaign that the Bank or including reference to information about the company, headquarters, business address and registration number of the bank or loan, for which he obtained the loan, interest rate, repayment period and the amount of loans not depending on the size of the loan,


6. All individual contributions, which have been the organizer of the election campaign put in contravention of this Act, and their values, including identification data of the company or name, seat and business address of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur or data on personal name and address of the individual , self-employed, or the natural person who has made a contribution to the organizer of the election campaign,


7. all transfers of surplus funds collected organizer of the election campaign in the first paragraph of Article 22 of this Law, and contributions were made to the organizer of the election campaign in breach of the law, for humanitarian purposes.

(3) The report on the financing of the election campaign, when the election campaign organizer political party must separately also include costs incurred for the acts of the election campaign of internal organizational units of political parties in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 15 of this Law.

(4) The referendum campaign organizer must also report on all individual contributions of legal axes in the fifth paragraph of Article 14 of the law on the election day in excess of the average gross monthly wage per worker in the Republic of Slovenia, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the previous year, including name and registered office of legal persons and the amount of the contribution.

(5) Notwithstanding the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 19 of this Act, the organizer of the election campaign for the election of members of representative and individually elected local government bodies or referendum in the local community report on the financing of election campaigns submitted to the AJPES web portal AJPES.
