(1) A partial reimbursement of election campaign expenses are eligible for the organizers of the election campaign for President of the Republic, whose candidates were voted at least 10% of the total number of voters who voted. If there is a second round of voting, they are standing as candidates in the second round, is entitled to be reimbursed only on the basis of votes obtained in this round.

(2) The organizers of election campaign for President of the Republic shall be reimbursed in the amount of EUR 0.12 for each vote obtained, whereby the total amount reimbursed shall not exceed the amount of resources spent, shown in the audit report of the Court of Auditors.
