(1) The Court of Auditors six months after the deadline for closing the transaction account may audit those election campaign organizers who, under this Act, be entitled to partial reimbursement of election campaign expenses.

(2) The Court may , within six months after the deadline for closing the transaction account audit the organizers of the election campaign for the referendum on the state level.

(3) The Court may, within the first and second paragraphs of this article also conduct an audit of an election campaign organizer in elections for members of representative and individually elected local authorities and a referendum at the local level.

(4 )The organizer of the election campaign, in which the audited state authorities, local communities, AJPES, banks and savings banks in which the organizers of the election campaign opened a special current accounts, service providers and vendors of goods which have undergone services or delivered goods to an organizer of the election campaign We are obliged Court of Auditors on request free of charge to provide the documents necessary to perform the audit, to give explanations and to allow access to its books and records. If the Court of Auditors identified a risk that the election campaign organizer in the report referred to Articles 18 and 19 of this Act did not show up or not properly display all the data, it may request clarifications, information or documents that are necessary to perform the audit, but also from other persons .
