(1) A fine of from 700 to 2 . 5 of 00 euros shall be imposed on the organizer of the election campaign:

-        acts contrary to the second paragraph of Article 7 of this Act ;

-        posting the posters contrary to Articles 8 and 9 of this Act;

-        sticking or destroying posters of other election campaign organizers (first paragraph of Article 10);

-        posting posters during the election silence (second paragraph of Article 10);

-        do not remove the posters and other electoral advertising content in accordance with Article 11 of this Law.

(2) A fine of 150 to 4 of 00 Euros shall be imposed on the responsible person of the election campaign, an offense referred to in the preceding paragraph.

(3) A fine of 150 to 4 of 00 Euros shall be imposed on individual market or otherwise destroying the posters, which were pasted in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of this Act or the beautiful and installing new posters during the election silence (Article 10).

(4) A fine from 1,000 to 3 , 000 euros shall be imposed on the responsible person of the local community, which does not provide all the organizers of the election campaign for equality sticking and posting posters in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 8 hereof.
