(1) A fine of 1,500 to 4,500 euros shall be imposed on the issuer of the medium:

-        does not accept or does not timely publication of the rules or act contrary to stated rules of Article 6 of this Act;

-        does not provide a level playing field and does not guarantee equality in accordance with paragraph 6 of this Act;

-        acts contrary to the first paragraph of Article 7 of this Act.

(2) A fine of EUR 350 to 650 shall be imposed on the responsible person of the publisher, state or local authority, who as publisher of the media offense referred to in the preceding paragraph.
