(1) A fine ranging from EUR 7,000 to 10,000 shall be imposed on the elections campaign organizer - a legal person, entrepreneur or individual performing independent activity in the Republic of Slovenia conducted the election campaign for elections in another country (the seventh paragraph of Article 3 ).

(2) A fine of 700 to 1,000 euros shall be imposed on the responsible person of the election campaign and the elections campaign organizer - individual who commits an offense referred to in the preceding paragraph.
