A fine of EUR 350 to EUR 800 shall be imposed on a candidate for deputy of the National Assembly, Member of the European Parliament and the President of the Republic, candidate for member of representative and individually elected local authorities or the organizer of the referendum campaign in a timely manner can communicate information about the organizer of an election or referendum campaign (17 . article).
