(1) A fine of 10,000 to 20,000 shall be imposed on the elections campaign organizer - a legal person, entrepreneur or individual, self-employed, in not submitting a report on the financing of election campaigns in accordance with Article 18 and 19 hereof, or deliberately submits false report on the financing of election campaigns or late opening of a special bank account or any funds for election campaign has collected in this account or it fails to pay all the costs of the election campaign (Article 16) or surplus funds collected not allocated for humanitarian purposes (Article 22).

(2) A fine from 1,500 to 3 , 000 shall be imposed on the responsible person of the organizer who commits an offense under the preceding paragraph.

(3) A fine from 400 up to 1. 5 00 shall be imposed on the elections campaign organizer - individual who commits an offense under the first paragraph of this article.
