The State Election Commission shall be appointed by the National Assembly.

The State Electoral Commission shall comprise a chairman and five members and their alternates.

The President of the National e Election Commission and his deputy shall be appointed a judge of the Supreme Court.

Two members and two alternate members of the National e electoral commission shall be appointed from among legal experts. Three members and alternate members of the Central Election Commission are appointed on the proposal of deputy groups, taking into account the proportional representation of political parties.

National Assembly before the expiration of the term for which he was appointed, dismissed by the President, Deputy President, a member or alternate member, if his own request if he stopped voting rights or has ceased to hold judicial office. The National Assembly may, before the expiry of the term for which he was appointed, dismissed by a member or alternate member for negligent performance of their function. Dismissal by reason of the preceding sentence may be proposed by a political group, which was proposed to the National Assembly for appointment.

Against the decision of the National Assembly in the preceding paragraph shall be no appeal.

The National Electoral Commission shall regulate its operations with the Rules.
