A fine of EUR 300 shall be imposed on:

1. anyone agitating at a polling station (Article 65),


2. Whoever, after the vote, the strike chairman of the electoral committee does not want to go to the polls (Article 75)


3. Whoever disturbs the order at the polling station (Article 78).

A fine of EUR 600 shall be imposed on whoever, contrary to Article 78 of this Act apply to the polls with weapons or dangerous tools or whoever without authority of the President of the Electoral Committee directs that leads to the polling station armed force or brings himself.

The tasks of the offense body for violations of 65 and 75 and Article 78 of this Act shall be performed by the police.
