Certification of Election Results by the Central Electoral Commission

(1) The Protocol on election results, along with a Constitutional Court decision on elections compliance with the legislation, and a decision validating at least two-thirds of the seats, shall be submitted by the Constitutional Court, within 2 days, to Parliament. Copies of these documents and lists of alternates confirmed shall be conveyed to the Central Electoral Commission and the President of the Republic of Moldova. The opinion and the decision of the Constitutional Court are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) If the Central Electoral Commission shall make public the final election results within 24 hours following their receipt from the Constitutional Court.
