Publicity in Constitution. Proposals

(1) The members of the Central Electoral Commission shall be elected, respectively - appointed subject to a conducted public procedure.
(2) After the procedure as referred to in Para. (1):

1. parliamentary represented parties and coalitions shall make proposal to the National Assembly for election of a chairperson, deputy chairpersons and a secretary;
2. parliamentary represented parties and coalitions, as well as the parties and coalitions, which have elected by their candidate lists Members of the European Parliament, but are not parliamentary represented, shall make proposals to the President of the Republic about appointment of the other members of the commission while observing the provision of Art. 46, Para. 8.
