Submission of Bank Account Details

(1) Within five days after the registration of the parties and coalitions for participation in all types of elections and of the nomination committees for participation in elections for a President and Vice President of the Republic and for members of the European Parliament from the Republic of Bulgaria, the Central Election Commission shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the details of their bank account, intended to service their election campaign and the names and positions of the persons referred to in Art. 164. In case of replacement of the persons, the political party, coalition or nomination committee shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the names and positions of the new persons within three days after the replacement.
(2) Within five days after the registration of nomination committees for participation in parliamentary elections the regional election commissions shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the details of their bank accounts intended to service their election campaigns and the names and positions of the persons referred to in Art. 164. In case of replacement of the persons, the nomination committee shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the names and positions of the new persons within three days after the replacement.
(3) Within five days after the registration of local coalitions and nomination committees for participation in elections for Municipal councillors and Mayors, Municipal election commissions shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the details of their bank accounts intended to service their election campaigns and the names and positions of the persons referred to in Art. 164. In case of replacement of the persons, the coalition or nomination committee shall submit to the Bulgarian National Audit Office the names and positions of the new persons within three days after the replacement.
