Non-fulfilment of Obligation to Publish Terms and Procedures for Conduct of Elections outside Bulgaria
Any official, who fails to fulfil an obligation referred to in Art. 20 herein, shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 1,000 to BGN 5,000.
