Violation of the Requirement to Present a Report on the Financial Resources Raised and Spent and the Payment Obligations Assumed in Connection with the Election Campaign

1) Upon non-fulfilment of the obligations under Art.172, para. 1 and 3, the person who represents the political party or the nomination committee, or the persons who represent the coalition of parties shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 2000 to BGN 5000.
