Refusal to Submit Tally Sheet Photocopy

(1) Chairperson, deputy chairperson, or secretary of a precinct election commission who refuses to submit a photocopy of the signed tally sheet referred to in Art. 283 or Art. 442 or refuses to sign the photocopy shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 500 to BGN 2000.
(2) Chairperson, deputy chairperson, or secretary of a constituency, respectively municipal election commission who refuses to submit a photocopy of the signed tally sheet referred to in Art. 294 or Art. 455, para. 2 or refuses to sign the photocopy shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 800 to BGN 3000.
