(1) Not later than ten days prior to election day the Minister for Economic Affairs and the Interior shall publish the day and time of voting on the Ministry for Economic Affairs and the Interior’s website and in the national newspapers. At the same time the public shall be notified that poll cards will be sent out to the voters and that complaints about not having received poll cards or having received poll cards with erroneous contents shall be addressed to the local council.
