In the Latin American context, there are also several examples that include decisions by the Colombian Supreme Court (which imposed limits to public servants to prevent influencing electoral campaigns), as well as the Peruvian National Electoral Jury (by establishing restrictions to participation of State entities as soon as there is a call for elections).
