The Draft law does not provide any opportunity for the initiative group to correct technical deficiencies in its submitted documents (for instance, missing documents or missing information in a document), with a reasonable amount of time to do so prior to official rejection to register the initiative. It is recommended that the Draft law be amended to provide sufficient guarantees for the initiative group to correct technical shortcomings within reasonable deadlines.
