The definitions of “Central Election Commission”, “permanent residence”, “electoral functionary”, “initiative group”, and “residence” are amended to give these terms greater precision. A new definition of an “operator of the Automated State Information System ‘Elections’” is added, as well as a new definition of a “referendum participant”.
