Ascertainment of Violations and Imposition of Sanctions by the President of Bulgarian National Audit Office
(1) The written statements ascertaining the violation referred to in Art. 476 to 479 shall be drawn up by officials empowered by the President of the Bulgarian National Audit Office.(2) The penalty decrees shall be issued by the President of the Bulgarian National Audit Office.
