Application of Administrative Violations and Sanctions Act
(Suppl. –SG, 88/20) The ascertainment of violations, drawing up of the written statements, issuing and appeal of the penalty decrees shall follow the procedure, established by the Administrative Violations and Penalties Act, insofar as no other order is established by this Code.
