Under the proposed Article 30 paragraph 6, the public funding of a political party would be suspended for a period of six months in cases where more than half of the elected Members of Parliament from this party failed, without good reason, to attend more than half of the regular plenary sittings of the previous regular plenary session of the Parliament. As in the previously mentioned case, once Parliament informs the CEC about the failure of Members of Parliament to attend the requisite number of sittings, the CEC would immediately cease all public funding of the respective period.
