The referendum may also relate to a text that has or has not been specifically worded, depending on its nature or purpose. In Austria (where two alternative drafts may be offered), AndorraSpain and Lithuania, a decision-making (legally binding) referendum relates to a specifically-worded draft (or the dismissal of the President in the case of Austria) and the consultative referendum to a question of principle.
