Finally, the three possibilities (specifically-worded draft, question of principle, generally-worded proposal) may co-exist (Hungary, Switzerland, Malta in the absence of a rule to the contrary). Albania and Malta also have provision for abrogative referendums, which relate to a specifically-worded text.
