Paragraph 133

Some countries (Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Latvia) have provision for parallelism of procedures exclusively for matters submitted to mandatory referendum.  In Armenia, not only constitutional provisions (submitted to mandatory referendum), but also laws approved by referendum may be amended only by means of a subsequent referendum; however, in theory at least, parallelism of procedures does not apply to texts rejected by referendum, which may be approved by parliament.
