In other countries, judicial review relates not to the decision on holding a referendum but solely to procedure (Austria, France, Greece – special Supreme Court, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Turkey – Supreme Board of Elections –); it may lead to the invalidation of results. Judicial appeals may also be limited to the respect of the right to vote (Switzerland).
