Terms for Conducting the Pre-Election Campaign
1. The pre-election campaign may be commenced fifty days before the election date. The Central Election Commission shall announce in the mass media about the beginning of the pre-election campaign 53 days prior to the election date.
2. The pre-election campaign shall be terminated at 24 hours on the last Friday before the election date.
