This recommendation has been at least partially followed, since the minimum deadline has been extended to 45 days, see Article 18 (3-4). The maximum deadline of 60 days (which stems from Article 203 (8) of the Constitution for constitutional referendums) still remains rather short. Should a constitutional revision take place, this deadline should be reconsidered.
