(1) While fulfiling its powers, the Permanent Electoral Authority shall adopt decisions, decrees and orders, which are signed by the president and countersigned by the vice-presidents.
(2) The decrees and orders of the Permanent Electoral Authority that have a normative nature shall be published in the Offi cial Gazett e of Romania, Part I.
(3) The decrees and orders of the Permanent Electoral Authority that do not have a normative nature, as well as the decisions of the Permanent Electoral Authority shall be notified to the persons concerned and are published by being posted on its own website.
