ROMANIA - Law on the Election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as the Organisation and Functioning of the Permanente Electoral Authority
The Government shall provide the Permanent Electoral Authority with the premises and material and fi nancial means necessary for its proper functioning. To this purpose, it shall include, in the draft law on the state budget, the budget necessary for the functioning of the Permanent Electoral Authority.
