(1) Voters voting at a diplomatic mission shall vote on the ballot paper of the parliamentary single-member constituency of their address and on the national list ballot paper. A reference to the parliamentary single-member constituency shall be indicated on the ballot paper envelopes.
(2) The voters shall place the ballot papers in the envelope and seal the envelope.
