Article 6.3 LEMP stipulates that “it shall be forbidden, 48 hours before the Election Day and on the Election Day before the closing of polling stations, to publish estimates of election results …”. As the spread of information, especially in social media or the Internet, is not limited by borders, restrictions on access to public information, including on public opinion, should be limited. Voters may get fake data, and access to accurate information could avoid misinformation of the voters right before elections.”
