Polling stations in the constituency shall be opened at 7 a.m. and closed at 8 p.m. During this interval, the polling stations must be open non-stop.

The voters who are present at the polling station at the time of its closing shall be allowed to cast their vote, and the PB shall previously determine the number and the identity of those voters.

Should the rules referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article be infringed during the polling, the PB shall be dissolved and voting at that polling station shall be repeated.
