The election material shall be kept for the period of at least 4 (four) years.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of this Article, the ballot papers shall be kept for 90 (ninety) days or until the termination of the procedure on infringement of rights during the elections.
The SEC shall determine the manner of keeping and using the election material.
