Authorized representatives of domestic organizations registered for public opinion poll may conduct a public opinion poll after the voting has been completed, in accordance with this Law.
The organization referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall submit a request to the SEC, which within 48 (forty eight) hours from the receipt of the request shall issue the official authorisations or render a decision rejecting the issuing of authorisations.
The request referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article shall contain: name of the organization, proof of registry for the activity of conducting public opinion polls, number and persons conducting the poll.
The application shall be submitted not later than 5 (five) days before the Election Day.
