State and local administration bodies shall provide their premises, instruments, equipment and other facilities available for conducting the election campaign and shall provide equal conditions for their usage to all the submitters of candidate lists.

Within the 10 (ten) days of calling for the elections, the bodies referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall define, by an agreement with the submitters of the candidate lists, the conditions and manner of using the facilities referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
