Criminal provisions
1 A fine of up to 40,000 francs shall be imposed on anyone who wilfully:
- fails to comply with a duty of disclosure under Articles 76b–76d;
- fails to comply with an obligation under Article 76h paragraphs 3–5.
2 The cantons are responsible for prosecution.
