Art. 471. (1) Any official who fails to fulfil an obligation referred to in Art. 32 herein, shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 1 000 to BGN 5 000. (2) Any official who fails to fulfil an obligation referred to in Art. 42, Para. 2 herein, shall be liable to a fine of BGN 1 000 to BGN 5 000.
