Art. 474. (1) (Amend. - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) A person who violates the prohibition under Art. 179 shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 1 000 to BGN 3 000. (2) Where the violation under para. 1 is repeated, the fine or the penalty payment shall be
within the range of BGN 3 000 to BGN 10 000.
