Art. 476. Upon breach of the aggregate amount of financing under Art.165 upon violation of the prohibitions under Art.168 and upon breach of the requirement under Art.170, para. 1 herein, the person or persons referred to Art. 164 shall be liable to a fine within the range of BGN 3000 to BGN 15 000.
