Art. 477a. (New - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) (1) Anyone who fails to perform the duty referred to in Art. 169 shall be imposed a fine between BGN 1000 and 3000. (2) Where the violation under Para 1 is repeated, the fine shall be between BGN 3000 and 10 000.
