Voting is done by ballot.

The ballot for voting on candidates in electoral districts contains:

-electoral unit code,
-electoral district code,
-the sequential numbers and names of the candidate lists in order from the list of candidate lists and the surnames and names of the candidates voted on in the electoral district,
-instructions on how to vote.

A voter can only vote for one candidate. The voter votes by circling the serial number before the surname and first name of the candidate for whom he is voting on the ballot.
