A fine of 300 euros is imposed for the offence:

1. who campaigns at the polling station (Article 65),


2. who, after voting, refuses to leave the polling station after being warned by the chairman of the electoral committee (Article 75),


3. whoever disturbs order at the polling station (Article 78).

Whoever, contrary to Article 78 of this Act, comes to the polling station with a weapon or dangerous tool, or who, without the order of the chairman of the election committee, orders an armed force to be brought to the polling station or brings it himself.

The tasks of the misdemeanor authority for violations from Articles 65 and 75 and Article 78 of this law are performed by the police.
