Article 101
 

Right of appeal and grounds for appeal Those persons who feel that their interests  or rights are violated by the decision, and those persons who have been candidates in the election, and the party who has made a candidate application,and a joint list have a right to lodge an appeal on the grounds that the decision is unlawful. In addition, the following persons can lodge an appeal against the decision on the grounds that the election has been carried out in an incorrect order and that this might have had an effect on the result of the election: every person who is eligible to vote in the electoral district or municipality ; and in municipal  elections, a member of the municipality
