(1) No one shall provide, promise or offer an asset advantage in order to induce others to do any of the following:
(i) To issue a statement of support or a voter declaration.
(ii) To not issue a statement of support or a voter declaration.
(iii) To withdraw a statement of support or a voter declaration.
(iv) To not withdraw a statement of support or a voter declaration.
